I WHISPERED, "I am too young," 我低語說，我太年輕
And then, "I am old enough" 一轉眼，我長大了
Wherefore I threw a penny 於是我擲一便士銅板
To find out if I might love. 看看我能不能愛了

To find out all that is in it, 能夠窺盡它的全貌
For he would be thinking of love. 他會滿腦子都是愛
