<P>超強寒流發威，過去兩天冷到許多人幾乎不想動，<A class="ynwsyq yqclass" id=yui-gen0 title=嘉義 href="http://tw.news.yahoo.com/article/url/d/a/090112/17/1ctvk.html?"><SPAN>嘉義</SPAN></A>昨天一度出現5.1度的入冬新低溫，今(12)天最低溫則出現在台中的7.8度，而這種凍冷的<A class="ynwsyq yqclass" id=yui-gen1 title=天氣 href="http://tw.news.yahoo.com/article/url/d/a/090112/17/1ctvk.html?"><SPAN>天氣</SPAN></A>還要再持續3天。</P>

<P>今天出門也許會感覺沒有昨天來得冷，不過別被些許陽光騙了，因為今天白天氣溫微幅回升2至3度，台北市區低溫10度，不過，今晚另一波強烈冷氣團又南下，明天清晨又會變冷。</P>

<P>氣象局今天上午持續發布低溫特報，全台都受到寒流籠罩，各地氣溫偏低，預計12至15日清晨台南以北、東北部沿海空曠地區，以及<A class="ynwsyq yqclass" id=yui-gen2 title=金門 href="http://tw.news.yahoo.com/article/url/d/a/090112/17/1ctvk.html?"><SPAN>金門</SPAN></A>、馬祖夜間及清晨都將出現10度以下低溫，提醒民眾仍應注意保暖，別輕忽寒流威力。</P>
