我比較好奇的是tdci的車主,沒有手冊的有多少耶?
有空來網站上問,不是早就翻完兩遍了嗎?:18

在google有找到focus 的維修手冊(repair manual)
tdci的也有,可是要錢…
不知fsc的族友,有沒有找到過不用錢可以分享的?

在這裡重申"車主手冊補完計畫"

這個計畫不是"我們沒有車主手冊!!",而是原廠手冊所記載的資料是與汽油車所共用!!
試想汽油與柴油引擎的不同,相對有許多的資料、零件、操作、甚至是應注意事項都不同,
所以才有這個補完計畫!!

至於有車友提到"不是網路上找找就有嗎?"
跟大家報告一下,06TDCI車主早找完了!!
目前手上的資料並不齊備,但還是稍微列一下
1. focus owners manual 2006 (MK1 US版)
2. Auto Data 2000~2004 MK1 (汽油1.4 1.6 柴油 1.6 1.8)
3. 06TDCI MK2 德文手冊
4. ......

我們可愛的小柴柴來自於德國,在一向以En-us為主流的網路世界,我們的確遭遇一些困難,
維修手冊、EPC等資料日前透由汽車材料貿易商洽詢的結果,這些手冊皆為美版,
尚無TDCI的資訊

這個計畫的目的期望達到幾個目標
1. 適合Focus TDCI 車系車主手冊於引擎、電機、傳動、保養與消耗及應注意事項的補完
2. 06/07進口版的各項補完(安全氣囊、EPS、DPF、柴油添加劑......)
3. 進口/國產的差異表
4. 各個手冊的勘誤(例如"無"瞬間油耗、"無"速控鎖、到底"有沒有""Duble Lock" ??、"無"重大事故的重置鈕等)

翻了一下舊聞,這篇超符合本計劃的精神!!!

工程模式
開啟後,會顯示至少20~30種sensor資訊數據值
包括,所有轉針轉一圈,引擎溫度,燃料壓力,電瓶電壓....一大堆~~
大家一起來討論研究  各個資訊是啥意思   合理值範圍在哪ㄅ~~~






開啟程序
1.壓下電腦撥桿的reset鈕不要放開(電門在off狀態時)~~~
2.將電門轉到II位置(你要轉到III發動也可,此時各數據值就是引擎工作中的realtime值)
  (或者你要等到setp3 做完,在發動引擎也可)
3.直到行車電腦發出逼一聲,且LCD中顯示TEST,時可放開reset鈕,且已經進入工程模式.
4.壓按reset扭(短壓),既可看到各種資訊值~~~
5.想退出時,再次長壓reset鈕(2~3秒),既可退出工程模式.

感謝devilhsu提供
近來覺得我的遙控器的遙控距離便近了!
所以到電池專賣店買了一個CR2032的水銀電池準備自己更換遙控器的電池

當然很順利的更換上去<因為說明書有寫>

但是很高興的要去測試一下,結果..............
車子不聽控制<按下遙控器小發財不理我啦>

所以我寫下遙控器與小發財配對的步驟

1、六秒內,將電門由off轉至ON 共四次,最後停在OFF,不要拔出KEY,這時可以聽到"嘟"一聲

2、按下遙控器任何一個按鍵,這時也會嘟一聲!!<這時KEY已經配對完成>

3、如果你的遙控器有多個,在這十秒內重複設定其他遙控器<最多可以設定8支>

4、最後開電門離開設定模式

大家可以自己換電池啦!!

根據 車友實際更換電池的經驗
可以換 70Ah的 但是電池盒會有空隙 需要塞東西

工程模式開啟程序

柴油濾蕊 最多2年應檢測更換

因為長時間及高熱環境可能造成柴油濾清器橡膠O-ring老化,導致供油汞浦吸進空氣,油管內會有氣泡,
造成
1. 動力流失
   正常油壓約285 Bar (此數據未證實),因為供油管路有空氣,油壓降至100Bar(此數據未證實),
   動力略為流失,不引響發動、殆速、行進,上坡起步動力不足較明顯
   
2. 急加速時,ESP System Fault
   因加速時,瞬間動力流失造成,電腦判定為打滑狀態,但是其他感應器並未發現打滑,所以電腦認為
   ESP系統有問題,故顯示錯誤訊息!!
   發生情形 不管 ESP On/Off 急加速時,超過2500rpm發生ESP System fault,
   發生同時,亦有發現動力流失情形。(資料來源 dorami)

IF DURING A WDS DIAGNOSIS ON A NEW FOCUS OR FOCUS C-MAX WITH TDCI - DIESEL ENGINE, THE DTC'S: P0089 (PCV/VCV CONTROL AT MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM VALUE) OR P0002 (VCV OUTSIDE ADAPTIVE RANGE, FUEL FLOW IS LOW) IS SET, PRIOR TO MAKING ANY HARDWARE CHANGE ON THE ENGINE SUCH AS FUEL PUMP, VERIFY THAT THE FUEL LINES ARE CLEAR AND FREE FROM BLOCKAGES/KINKS FROM THE DDM IN THE FUEL TANK, RIGHT THROUGH TO THE FUEL PUMP INLET ON THE ENGINE.A FEW CASES WERE REPORTED WHERE, DUE TO CUSTOMER MISS-USE, THE PLASTIC INSERT IN THE UPPER FILLER NECK GOT DAMAGED. A DAMAGED PLASTIC INSERT CAN BE EASILY DETECTED BY VISUALLY INSPECTING THE INSIDE OF THE FILLER NECK WHEN THE FILLER CAP IS REMOVED. VISUAL SIGNS ARE A DEFORMED METAL FLAP OR CRACKS IN THE PLASTIC MATERIAL.

Should a customer express concern about one of the following:

* deteriorated fuel economy,
and upon investigation diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) P1412, P0490 and P1335 are stored in the powertrain control module (PCM), the probable cause is a sticky exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve.

To rectify this concern, a new EGR valve with a stronger EGR valve motor and revised PCM calibration should be installed.

Clock in Radio resets after engine crank
Should a customer express concern that the displayed time and date in the audio unit or the instrument cluster reverts
back to always the same values after engine start, the probable cause is a voltage drop during the cranking process of
the engine. This could lead to a reset of the instrument cluster.

To rectify this concern a voltage buffer module should be installed to the production wiring harness for the instrument cluster

ID THE VEHICLE AS NORMAL; CHOOSE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER UNDER "BODY" IN THE GUIDED DIAGNOSTIC TAB MENU;
SELECT CLOCK TIME FROM THE DIAGNOSTIC MENU AND PRESS THE BLUE TICK; FOLLOW THE ON SCREEN COMMANDS UNTIL THE PROCEDURE IS COMPLETE,
THEN EXIT THE GUIDED DIAGNOSTIC.

AFTERWARDS SET CLOCK AND DATE TO THE ACTUAL TIME. 2. ON C-MAX BUILT UNTIL 08.06.04 (4K) PLEASE WORK ACCORDING TO TSB 41/04.
ALL VEHICLES BUILT AFTER HAVE ALREADY THE LATEST LEVEL SOFTWARE AND IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO REFLASH THESE VEHICLES AGAIN.
IF THE ISSUE STILL OCCURS NO FURTHER REPAIR WILL IMPROVE THE SITUATION. THIS IS CURRENTLY UNDER INVESTIGATION.

另外要注意跟國產的料號不同還有混搭限制....
1.國產版飛輪 + 進口版離合器壓板總成 = 壓板蓋得上去,對壽命有無影響不清楚
2.進口版飛輪 + 國產版離合器壓板總成 = 壓板蓋不上去...當然也就是不能用,離合器片倒是都可以裝
